What is Quantum Alchemy?
A metaphor for change that becomes practical in everyday life.
A name and an invitation
Alchemy tells a story of transformation. Here it represents a practical question: how does an uncertain possibility become a deliberate choice and then an action? “Quantum” is a metaphor for possibilities and changes of perspective. The name makes no claim that thoughts produce quantum-physical effects.
Three questions to explore
What story am I telling about myself? What other interpretation could also fit? What small experiment could give me new experience? Write three sentences for each question. You do not need to discover a final truth about yourself.
From thought to experiment
Choose something you can try within a week: a conversation, an hour of creative work or a clear request. Write down what you expect beforehand. Afterwards, look at what actually happened. Even an experiment that does not suit you can help you choose differently next time.
