Visiting this website
The web server processes access data to provide the website. This may include your IP address, requested address, date and time, browser information and referrer. Processing supports delivery and security of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Local content and downloads
The new content pages load styles and scripts from this website’s own server. They contain no embedded Amazon content, video conference or journal entry fields. The sample PDF can be downloaded without registration. Downloads generate the usual technical access data.
Contact and enquiries
Email buttons open your email application with suggested text. The website does not send a message for you. If you send an email, we process the information to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, take steps before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise our legitimate interest in answering applies (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please limit your initial enquiry to your goal, preferred language and time zone.
Online video calls and optional AI tools
We agree on the video platform, access link and relevant privacy information before the call. This website does not activate your camera or microphone. You do not have to share personal journal notes. Optional AI tools are only included after we agree together how to use them.
External links
Clicking an Amazon link takes you away from this website. Processing on the destination website is governed by its provider’s privacy information. Books are displayed as text here; this website does not load Amazon images or tracking pixels.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is processed for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or comply with statutory retention requirements. Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object where applicable. You may withdraw consent for future processing. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact: jo@future24.eu.
PayPal payments and digital delivery
If you purchase the digital workbook, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment. We process the order reference, selected language, amount, verified payment status and, where provided by PayPal, the buyer email address. Delivery only takes place after server-side payment confirmation, with a time-limited download link. Our n8n automation and configured email service are used for transactional delivery messages. PayPal also processes payment information as a separate provider. We retain order and payment records as necessary to fulfil the contract and applicable legal requirements. Contact: jo@future24.eu.
