Starting again without turning your life upside down

A manageable experiment for your next chapter.

What would you like to change?

“I need a fresh start” can mean many things. Perhaps you need quiet, a creative outlet or an honest conversation. Describe one specific situation you would like to experience differently. What would look different on an ordinary Tuesday?

What would you like to keep?

Write down three things you want to preserve: a relationship, a reliable routine or work that matters to you. Change can build on what already supports you. You do not need to replace everything at once.

Your seven-day experiment

Complete this sentence: “This week I will try … on … for … minutes.” Choose something within your control. After seven days, ask: What did I do? What did I notice? Would I repeat it, change it or stop? These are observations, not a verdict on your worth.
