Manifesting in everyday life: from intention to action

Take your wishes seriously and test them against reality.

What do you mean by manifesting?

Here it means describing an intention clearly enough to derive an action from it. A wish alone does not guarantee an outcome. Other people, circumstances and chance also play a part.

Four sentences to start with

“I would like …” gives you a direction. “I would recognise it by …” makes it specific. “What I can influence is …” honestly defines your scope. “By Friday I will try …” puts an experiment in your calendar.

An example

“I want a more creative life” becomes: “On Saturday I will spend 30 minutes writing a story, with my phone on silent.” Whether a book follows remains open. You can actually shape that half hour. Afterwards, ask whether you enjoyed it and want to continue.
