AI for reflection: questions that open new perspectives

A tool for exploring perspectives, with the final choice remaining yours.

Start with a manageable question

Use a general or invented example rather than entering intimate details. You might ask: “I keep postponing a creative project. Ask me five open questions without diagnosing me or making the decision for me.”

Invite disagreement

Then ask: “What assumptions are present in my description? Offer two other interpretations. Separate observations from guesses.” AI can sound convincing while being wrong. Check which statements fit your actual experience.

Write the final sentence yourself

Close the conversation and write: “For now I choose … because …” Personal reflection does not require AI. A notebook, a walk or a conversation with another person can be your starting point too.
